From your very first enquiry, Denise will make sure you feel informed, relaxed and excited about your treatment!
A consultation takes approximately 45 - 60 minutes. During this time you'll get the chance to discuss your requirements and concerns in detail with Denise, along with pre-care, the fitting and aftercare. You will get the chance to feel the quality of hair at Hot Locks and to explore all the different methods available. You'll be fully aware of what a fitting will involve and what you're getting for the price.
Denise will fit the attachment methods of your choice - so that you can see for yourself which best suits your needs, lifestyle and desired results. She will also conduct a colour match to your natural hair, so that you can be assured you'll achieve a gorgeous look.
If you decide to book a fitting, a 50% deposit is required. This is to confirm the appointment date and to cover the cost of your hair. Denise will be in regular contact with you over the following few days, so that you always know when your hair is ordered and delivered. If you have any questions - at any stage in the process - you are always more than welcome to get in touch, assured you'll receive a swift, honest and friendly response.
A charge of £10 is required to book your consultation. Debit and credit cards are accepted.
